At MyMarini Swimwear, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a return or exchange.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund upon verification.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
